PSP (Poison Swarm Pwn) is a platform designed exclusively for the following lawful purposes:
- Secure File Sharing (PrivFile) - Enables users to share files securely with drag-and-drop upload, custom links, optional password protection, 1GB max file size, and automatic 24-hour expiration. No login required.
- Anonymous Text Sharing (PrivTxt) - Encrypted text/paste sharing service with Fernet encryption, password protection, custom links for registered users, key-based accounts, and configurable expiry up to 200 days.
- Security Analysis - Network analysis and security assessment tools (IP Lookup, DNS, Port Scanner, Reverse DNS, Subnet Calculator, Tech Detection, Whois, SSL Check, HTTP Headers, Security Headers, Traceroute, Ping, WAF Detection, Cookie Inspector) for authorized auditing of owned infrastructure.
- AI Assistance (PSP AI) - Dual AI backend system featuring Free AI (GPT-4o-mini) for all users and Priv PSP AI (self-hosted Ollama server) for registered members. AI responses are generated by third-party models and PSP assumes no liability for AI-generated content.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
By accessing or using PSP, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You shall only use the security analysis features on systems, networks, and infrastructure that you legally own or for which you have obtained explicit written authorization from the rightful owner.
- You shall not use this platform to violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- You shall not use the file sharing features (PrivFile, PrivTxt) to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- You shall not use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable laws or causes harm to others.
- You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including AI interactions and shared content.

PSP and its development teams (PSP / Poison Swarm Pwn and SWBBA / Site Was Blocked By Admin) provide this platform strictly as a tool for security analysis, file sharing, text sharing, and AI assistance. The platform operators:
- Assume no responsibility for any misuse, unauthorized use, or illegal activities conducted by users of this platform.
- Are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the misuse of the tools and services provided herein, including AI-generated content.
- Do not endorse or condone the use of this platform for any purpose other than those explicitly stated in Section 1.
- Are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated responses. PSP AI uses third-party language models and the output should not be treated as professional advice.
- Reserve the right to terminate access for any user found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
Unauthorized access to computer systems is a criminal offense under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the Computer Misuse Act, and equivalent legislation in most jurisdictions worldwide. Violations may result in severe criminal penalties including fines and imprisonment.
